Four Bridges now includes Hythe – a highly sustainable 25,000 sq ft Grade A office, Wirral Met College’s Construction Campus, Kingsgate – a 48,000 sq ft office and the Tower Road streetscape which has been transformed into a high quality, safe, flood resilient new place designed to raise priority to pedestrians and cyclist, while attracting new business, workers, students and visitors alike.

To complete the Four Bridges neighbourhood two developments are in the immediate pipeline; Egerton Village and the Hydraulic Tower.

The emerging Northbank neighbourhood is set to become a diverse, inclusive and sustainable new residential community.

Encompassing a range of different developments, including the multi-award-winning Millers Quay which is now completed, Northbank will deliver over 1,100 new homes in the next few years.

Mea Park West – a brownfield dockside site which is part of our vision to transform the area into a hub for advanced manufacturing, logistics and innovation. Four plots will deliver over 171,000 sq ft of new employment space alongside the conversion of the 42,000 sq ft Mobil building into an upgraded Modern Methods of Construction Factory.

Bidston – Planning approval has been secured for David Lloyd Leisure to open a landmark, new health, fitness and wellness club at Wirral Waters. It is located on the Bidston Dock off Wallasey Bridge Road and paves the way for further retail investment into the local area. The club will create over 100 new jobs once operational and a further 60 jobs during the construction phase.
