Developed by X1 Developments with construction partner, Vermont. X1 Manchester Waters will deliver 742 apartments split over five towers. The first three towers have been built and construction of the remaining two towers is expected to commence in 2024.
The scheme includes a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes alongside a wealth of indoor and outdoor resident amenity space.
Pomona Wharf
The 164-apartment build-to-rent scheme were built by Rowlinson Construction.
Completed in 2017 and is owned and managed by Hestia and includes a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.
VOX
The apartments were developed by Glenbrook for Barings and completed in 2021.
280 build to rent apartments, including a mix of one-, two- and three-bedrooms. The scheme also features a rooftop residents’ lounge, gym, fitness studio and 130-metre external running track on the 15th floor.
VOX was shortlisted in Wellness category in the national RESI Awards 2021.
