Peel Waters took home three major awards at last night’s Insider North West Residential Property Awards 2026, held at Manchester Central and hosted by Colin Murray. The event celebrated the exceptional people, partnerships and projects that have shaped residential communities across our region.

Social Impact Award

‘This award recognises the residential scheme that has had a significant and positive social impact on the local community.’

Winner: Embassy Village

(Embassy Charity, Peel Waters, The Moulding Foundation, Capital & Centric)

“This is a life changing and life saving scheme”, according to the judges. They described it as “an amazing example of a social impact scheme that can be replicated nationally.”

This recognition belongs to everyone involved in creating this pioneering community for people experiencing homelessness – a partnership we’re incredibly proud to be part of.

This transformational deal marks a pivotal step forward for the Liverpool Waters vision. Judges noted its huge contribution to the future of North Liverpool and the long‑term regeneration of Central Docks. It’s a milestone made possible by exceptional collaboration and belief in what this place can become.

Outstanding Achievement Award

This could be in areas such as forming or developing partnerships, fostering positive social impact and regeneration, environmental sustainability, or other such significant milestones in the sector.

This is a special award where the editors of Insider also looked beyond the judging panel, speaking to other property experts to determine who has had a truly standout year.’
