David Lloyd Clubs, the UK’s leading premium health, fitness and wellness group has been given planning approval for a new state-of-the-art club at Wirral Waters

Planning permission was given by Wirral Council this week and the decision marks a significant milestone for the regeneration of one of the most ambitious projects being delivered by waterside regeneration specialists, Peel Waters. Subject to final preparations, construction is expected to begin later this year.

The club will be located on the Bidston Dock site off Wallasey Bridge Road and paves the way for further investment into the local area. The facility is expected to create over 100 new jobs once operational, along with a further 60 jobs during the construction phase.
